Joseph Leba, age 88, of Fairfield, died on Friday, February 5, 2010 at the Carolton Chronic Convalescent Hospital. Born in Luzerne, Pennsylvania on March 8, 1921, he was the son of the late Michael and Anna Leba. Joseph was a retired inspector for Bryant Electric/Westinghouse with 44 years of dedicated service. He was predeceased by three brothers and two sisters. Survivors include his beloved and loving wife Madeline Costello Leba, a sister, Helen LeBlanc and several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Cayley Bowers for all of her care, love and visits to Grandpa Joe; as well as the staff and caregivers at the Carolton.

Funeral Information

Friends are invited to meet directly in Holy Family Church, 700 Old Stratfield Rd., Fairfield on Thursday February 11, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be private. There will be no calling hours.
